アップルのサイトですでに次期OS「Tiger」のプレビューが公開されていますが、Mac OS Xのユニバーサルアクセス機能「VoiceOver」が英語にのみ対応ということなので期待していただけに残念です。

ということで、Mac OS Xの次のメジャーバージョンアップで音声読み上げに対応する機能が追加されるとのこと。
スクリーンリーダーなどWindows版はあっても、Macはありませんでしたのでかなり吉報じゃないでしょうか。
